“Thank you” for inquiring about Settlers Bay Lodge.  We are building a reputation of providing first class service for all our events.  We boast one of the most professional banquet staff in the area, and take great pride in every function held at Settlers Bay Lodge.  The staff’s attention to detail cannot be matched. We strive to make your event memorable. 

Three banquet rooms are available to facilitate groups from 20 to 250 all with spectacular views, and accessible by either stairs or elevator.   We also have a beautiful full service restaurant and lounge, bordering the beautiful Chugach Mountains with views of Cook Inlet where you will be treated to a true dining experience. 

General Information

A non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time the reservation is made.   Settlers Bay Lodge will assess any and all damage at that time.  You must notify us 120 days prior to event .  You must notify us 14 days prior to the beginning date of your event or you will be charged for the event in it’s entirety.and refund accordingly  If not cancelled 120 days prior to the event. You must notify us at least 14 days prior to the beginning date of your event, or you will be charged for the event in its entirety. An 18% gratuity will be added to the total bill for all food and beverage. You must notify us 2 weeks in advance of your final attendance count. Otherwise, food and beverage will be billed using your expected original attendance. No food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the lodge. Settlers Bay Lodge reserves the right to I.D. and or deny alcoholic beverages. Settlers Bay Lodge does not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the lodge prior to or following your function. Any damage made to our property due to your or your guests' misuse will be added to your bill.

50 people or less $ 200.00

75 People or less $  350.00

100 people or less $  450.00

150 people or less $ 600.00

200 People or less  $ 750.00

250 People or less  $ 900.00

These amounts cover 5 hours of use

Additional hours at $ 250.00

Add $50.00 per hour for Bartender & Carver

tables chairs, linens and staff during your event as well as Room set –up to include clean-up

This amount covers 5 hours of use. Additional hours add $250 per hour.
